Here at my 21st pair, I’m starting to realize I can’t keep documenting every single pair meticulously. I started making this pair in January 2020 as a meditation, in waiting for some other step to dry on some “main project” shoe. Once started, it must at some point also be finished, so here it is – “Pink Panther”.
The black Weinheimer leather really screams of quality with its super tight grain.
A closeup of the face, closed with Serafil 40s thread.
Toe closeup. Hand stitched outsole at 9 spi.
Catching some evening sunlight in my back yard.
From above.
The leather outsoles were sewn with a hidden seam, decorated in black and pink, and given sharp waists.
